truthping monitors publicly available posts from Truth Social and X and delivers alerts to the destinations you configure (such as webhooks and Telegram). Features and availability depend on your subscription plan.

truthping is an informational and data-delivery tool only. Nothing provided through the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or asset. You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance and post timing do not guarantee future results.

We rely on third-party data sources and networks. We do not guarantee that alerts will be accurate, complete, timely, or delivered without interruption. Delivery latency depends on factors outside our control, including upstream data providers and your own endpoints. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.
• We may change our prices; any change will apply to billing periods after we provide notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or its data without permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam or to configure destinations you do not control.

The Service integrates with third parties such as Truth Social data providers, Telegram, Stripe, and your own webhook endpoints. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of those third parties. truthping is not affiliated with or endorsed by Truth Social or any account it monitors.

The Service, including its software, branding, and content (excluding third-party post data), is owned by truthping and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, truthping and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
