Every alert becomes a receipt
Ten dashboards, two bots, a spreadsheet of past calls: and you still can't answer "what did I see and when?" Your archive does. Every repricing that fires on your monitors lands here, graded after resolution, misses kept in alongside the hits.

What TruthPing does
TruthPing is configurable market monitoring for Polymarket and Kalshi: set the markets and thresholds you care about, and every condition is evaluated on 30-second snapshots and archived with its full context.
Pick the markets. Three on Scout. Up to 50 on Sharp — any live market on Polymarket or Kalshi, inside the default index or outside it.
Set the condition. Price threshold, sustained reprice, volume surge, band break, or large single trade. Band break on Scout; all five on Sharp. The delivery threshold is yours to set, and can be raised above the default at any time.
The engine takes a snapshot every 30 seconds. Each market is compared against its own baseline — its 7-day price band in log-odds, its typical depth, its 24-hour volume norm, its P95 trade size, all recomputed hourly. Sustained means the condition held across two consecutive snapshots.
One alert, with the receipt attached. Price at window start, price now, spread at trigger, order-book depth within 10¢, and wire context where it exists. Telegram delivery.
The record closes and stays closed. Ninety minutes after the trigger, the event is finalised and permalinked to the public archive. No new event opens on that market for thirty minutes after close. Hits, misses and quiet-wire non-events are filed the same way.
The default index
Monitoring starts before you configure anything. The default configuration is qualification-based, not a hand-picked list: a non-sports market on Polymarket or Kalshi is covered when it clears a published order-book depth floor of $1,000 two-sided within 2¢ and resolves within 42 days. Qualifying markets are ranked by order-book depth, capped at 75. The cap is a ceiling, not the size: the set floats with what qualifies and is never padded to a round number.

From the founder
TruthPing does not sell a position and does not tell anyone what to do with a repricing. It reports what a market did against its own normal, with the spread and the depth attached, and it keeps the record whether the move continued or reversed. The archive is public because a record that can be edited after the fact is not a record.
Every alert is archived with its trigger price, spread, depth, and closing record. Misses stay in.
